"I think it's a pretty well known maxim, in therapy of all kinds, that the insight you get from yourself is much more meaningful than what someone else tells you. "

Professional Hypnosis Training ~ Past Life Regression MasterClass

November 12/13/14 2021 • 10AM-6PM Pacific Time • Live on Zoom

Scott begins by speaking about how "regression to cause" often times leads to situations in this current life, but just as often it relates to a past life, or even to multiple lives. (Then expands on this with examples.)

Daniel asks Scott to speak more about the value and benefit of having the dots of a session connected by their higher self or spirt guide. Scott speaks about how every therapist will have their own personality and style and they will use the techniques to their style. This creates differences, which is why the client and facilitator are brought together by Spirit. Scott speaks about the importance of tying the spiritual journey back into their current life, and he has found it to be super helpful and more profound when we use the spirit guides to connect the dots and get into the moral of the story that's being shared in the session, because it gets the client out of their head for the answers.

Daniel asks for Scott's perspective on the idea that time is not linear and that there isn't actually a past life, that it's all happening simultaneously. Scott defers the question and wants to speak more about wanting to stay clean in the facilitation and not to lead or interpret for the client. Scott later speaks about how he likes to be like a ferryman, helping the traveller to get to the other side and to where they want to go. Even when the facilitator has their own intuition about what the client is experiencing (seeing, hearing or feeling what they are experiencing), it's important to let the client say what they are experiencing and describe things in their own way.

Daniel brings up something Scott briefly mentioned, which is that Spirit often times and an incredible sense of humor. Scott, defers the question and wants to address the importance of recognizing the role we play as a past life regression facilitator (spiritual regression). It's important for a therapist to realize that in Spiritual Regression, we are an important part of the team. Even though the learnings and guidance is coming from Spiritual beings, we are the human that Spirit needs in order to be able to connect with and help their charge.

Scott then goes back to describe his experience with the humor and personality of the spirit guides. Scott speaks about how the guides are just like we are, with their unique personalities and that they present themselves in many different ways, but often they want to lighten their charge's (the traveler) perspective on life and remind them to have fun and enjoy the ride. Daniel agrees and remembers a guide in a session say that we should learn to look for the humor in things as opposed to the drama.

Scott bring back the subject of time. Daniel shares some ways in which time has been described to him by Spirit. Scott focuses on how we, as humans, have a physical component to time and states how in the non-physical, "we have to accept that there are some things that are just unknowable." Scott shares a metaphor shared by his first Past Life Regression teacher, which is that each life is like being a a glass chess board that is stacked on top of each other life below it. That when you move on one board, it affects all the other games (lives) below and above. Scott questions what the point is for us to learn anything now if we have already learned it in a future life, if all lives happen simultaneously. Ultimately, Scott says he doesn't know, but all he does know is that all we have right now, and to make the most out of now.

Daniel asks Scott for his definition of inner power, which is that we have the divine energy inside of us, we have the spark of the creator within us, that we have the ability and capacity to create. We are always connected to the divine, our awareness is always expand. We have the ability to manifest and create, whether we know it or not. Which leads to a conversation around the law of attraction. Daniel then explains a little about the role thought plays with our experience of life, which is part of the description offered in the conversation of the Three Principles.

Scott asks Daniel to clarify what he means by not giving negative thoughts importance. Specifically asking if Daniel is suggesting not to feel sad when one is sad, which is not at all what Daniel is suggesting. Daniel describes how being present to what we are feeling is critical and very important, but that we don't need to feed that experience with additional thinking that keeps that state alive and does not allow that emotion to pass on it's own, which it will always do if given the chance. Scott speaks about how emotions are one of the most exciting things about incarnating. How our all of our emotions are part of our experience and to feel what you feel, like a storm that is coming through, allowing the storm to be the storm, clearing and cleansing but at the same token, you don't want to follow the storm around.

After Daniel speak more about how the thoughts we feed with our attention will trump and shift the chemical structure of our bodies, Scott invites us to appreciate the emotions we feel and to even thank them. He then states that it's important not to deny or repress our experiences. Repressing emotions, holds them, makes them fester and prevents them from passing. Scott then emphasis that emotions are the fuel that adds power to what we want to manifest. Daniel agrees and states that we are emotional beings, not human beings. He then goes into a short description of the relationship between the collaborative relationship between Thought and Awareness to create our emotions and experiences. And he continues speaking a little more about the Three Principles and in the importance of emotions and feelings. He then describes the subtle but powerful difference between denying and not giving something more attention.

Daniel asks Scott to speak about his upcoming Past Life Regression training, which is scheduled to begin, but invites Scott to share last thoughts. Scott shares that we are complex beings and that everything we use and everything we experience is good. It's about finding a balance between all the different things we have and we do. In addition, he adds that his decision-making is always about following his feelings, following his heart, regardless of how much time he spent weighing the pros and cons and contemplating the decision. Scott suggests us to go with our feelings, to let our heart be our compass. Daniel agrees and speaks about how we all have the ability to make effortless decisions. We will always know when it's the right thing to do when the time comes.

Daniel adds that what happens in a spiritual regression when we visit another life time is that by connecting with that other aspect of ourselves, we are able to share our conscious understanding of life with that other self and vise-versa. We are also able to understand the backstory of key issues that we innocently misunderstanding because of the amnesia that we are born with here on Earth.

The conversation closes with Daniel and Scott riffing after speaking about Scott's next Past Life Regression Master Class:
